NightpotPrivacy Policy
Nightpot is a bookkeeping app for home poker nights: it records buy-ins, rebuys and chip counts and works out who pays whom. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. Nightpot never moves money and does not offer gambling.
Data you enter in the app
Games, player names, buy-ins, rebuys, chip counts, results, shared expenses, locations and notes are stored on your device. If you sign in, the same data is backed up to your account so it can be restored and kept in sync between your devices. Sample games included with the app are never uploaded.
Account
Signing in is optional; the core of the app works without an account. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple (we receive the identifier and, if you allow it, the name and email Apple shares, which may be a private relay address) or with an email one-time code. We use this only to identify your account, back up your data and let you recover it. Accounts and backups are hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt).
Share links
When you share an invite, a recap or the group ladder, Nightpot creates a web page reachable by anyone who has the link. It shows the player names and amounts of that game or ladder. You decide what to share and with whom; delete the game to disable its links.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To recognise an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and App Store transaction data.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No selling or renting of personal data.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location or microphone.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all data backed up to it from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app, or by emailing us; deletion is permanent.
Children
Nightpot is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

המידע שאתם מזינים
משחקים, שמות שחקנים, כניסות, ריבאיים, ספירות צ'יפים, תוצאות, הוצאות משותפות, מיקומים והערות נשמרים במכשיר שלכם. אם נכנסתם לחשבון, אותו מידע מגובה לחשבון כדי שניתן יהיה לשחזר אותו ולסנכרן בין מכשירים. משחקי הדוגמה שמגיעים עם האפליקציה לעולם לא מועלים.
חשבון
הכניסה לחשבון היא רשות; ליבת האפליקציה עובדת בלי חשבון. אפשר להיכנס עם Sign in with Apple (אנחנו מקבלים מזהה, ואם אישרתם, את השם והאימייל שאפל משתפת, שעשוי להיות כתובת ממסר פרטית) או עם קוד חד-פעמי באימייל. המידע משמש רק לזיהוי החשבון, גיבוי ושחזור. החשבונות והגיבויים מאוחסנים ב-Supabase באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט).
קישורי שיתוף
כששולחים הזמנה, סיכום ערב או דירוג קבוצה, Nightpot יוצרת דף אינטרנט שנגיש לכל מי שיש לו את הקישור. הדף מציג את שמות השחקנים והסכומים של אותו משחק או דירוג. אתם מחליטים מה לשתף ועם מי; מחיקת המשחק מבטלת את הקישורים שלו.
רכישות
המנויים נמכרים ומעובדים על ידי אפל דרך ה-App Store. אנחנו לא רואים פרטי תשלום. לזיהוי מנוי פעיל האפליקציה משתמשת ב-RevenueCat, שמקבלת מזהה משתמש אנונימי ונתוני עסקה מה-App Store.
מה אנחנו לא עושים
- אין פרסומות ואין מזהי פרסום.
- אין אנליטיקה של צד שלישי ואין מעקב בין אפליקציות או אתרים של חברות אחרות.
- לא מוכרים ולא משכירים מידע אישי.
- אין גישה לאנשי קשר, תמונות, מיקום או מיקרופון.
שמירה ומחיקה
מידע מקומי נשאר במכשיר עד שתמחקו אותו או תסירו את האפליקציה. מידע החשבון נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים. אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת כל המידע שגובה אליו דרך הגדרות ← חשבון ← מחיקת חשבון באפליקציה, או במייל אלינו; המחיקה סופית.
קטינים
Nightpot מיועדת למבוגרים ואינה מכוונת למי שמתחת לגיל 18.
