What Nightpot is
Nightpot is a calculator and ledger for private home poker nights. It records what players put in and take out and suggests the transfers that settle the night. It does not hold, move or pay out money, does not host games, and is not a gambling service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your data
You own what you enter. Share links you create are public to anyone holding the link. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Premium subscription
Nightpot Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store: monthly or yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan for new subscribers where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by country and can change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nightpot to run illegal gambling, to harass others through share links, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Community content and zero tolerance
Communities let members write names, descriptions and night details that other members can see. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: harassment, hate speech, sexual content, scams and spam are not allowed. Every community, night and member has a report control in the app (the ⋯ button), and you can block any member from the same place — blocking hides both accounts from each other. Reports reach us immediately and we review them within 24 hours, removing content and ejecting accounts that break these rules. You can review and undo your blocks in Settings → Report and block.
Availability and liability
Nightpot is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it; settlement suggestions should be checked by the players. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including disputes between players.

מנוי פרימיום
Nightpot Premium הוא מנוי מתחדש אוטומטית הנמכר דרך ה-App Store: חודשי או שנתי, עם תקופת ניסיון חינם במסלול השנתי למנויים חדשים היכן שמוצע. התשלום נגבה מחשבון ה-Apple ID שלכם באישור הרכישה. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה הנוכחית; החיוב על החידוש מתבצע ב-24 השעות שלפני סוף התקופה. ניהול וביטול בהגדרות ה-Apple ID. חלק שלא נוצל מתקופת הניסיון מתבטל עם רכישת מנוי. המחירים עשויים להשתנות בין מדינות ולהתעדכן בהודעה מראש.
שימוש הוגן
אין להשתמש ב-Nightpot לניהול הימורים בלתי חוקיים, להטרדה דרך קישורי שיתוף או לפגיעה בשירות. אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבונות שמנצלים את השירות לרעה.
תוכן בקהילות ואפס סובלנות
בקהילות חברים כותבים שמות, תיאורים ופרטי ערבים שחברים אחרים רואים. אין שום סובלנות לתוכן פוגעני או להתנהגות מתעללת: הטרדה, הסתה, תוכן מיני, הונאות וספאם אסורים. לכל קהילה, ערב וחבר יש כפתור דיווח באפליקציה (הכפתור ⋯), ומאותו מקום אפשר גם לחסום כל חבר — חסימה מסתירה את שני החשבונות זה מזה. הדיווחים מגיעים אלינו מיד ואנחנו בודקים אותם תוך 24 שעות, מסירים תוכן ומרחיקים חשבונות שמפרים את הכללים. את החסימות אפשר לראות ולבטל בהגדרות ← דיווח וחסימה.
זמינות ואחריות
Nightpot מסופקת "כמות שהיא". אנחנו פועלים לשמור על דיוק וזמינות אך לא יכולים להבטיח זאת; מומלץ שהשחקנים יבדקו את הצעות ההתחשבנות. במידה המותרת בחוק איננו אחראים לנזקים הנובעים מהשימוש באפליקציה, כולל מחלוקות בין שחקנים.
